Activity oriented learning

Activity-oriented learning plays a vital role in teaching the students to collaborate, communicate, interact and work in teams.

School Election

Students get hands-on training on how the election is being held in our country. The student representatives are elected on lines parallel to the Indian electoral system. Selected students from grades XI and XII get a chance to become candidates. Healthy campaigning is permitted and students from grade VI upwards are eligible to cast their vote.

Food Fest

Food day is conducted every year to provide the students with knowledge and instructions in the basic culinary skills. Special focus and training are given to Class VI upwards to get them acquainted with the art of cooking.

Bicycle Licence

As part of molding students to be solid citizens, we have introduced licenses for bicycles. Students from grade VI upwards are eligible for the same. The students must pass the learner's test and the oral test on traffic rules to get a license from the school authority.

Goal Setting and Self Evaluation

As part of making children self-reliant, goals are set at the beginning of the academic year and is self-reviewed at the end of each term under the guidance of their teacher. A self-evaluation form with regard to the various activities and programs are also filled by the students.

Cultural Program

The cultural activities enhance the confidence level of the students thereby allowing them to perform better. These activities develop the personality of the students and assist them in shaping a good career. Onam, Christmas, Class cultural programmes, Kids’ Fest, Kinder Fest are the arenas where the children showcase their talents.

Children's Day

A highlighting event of the school, Children’s Day is celebrated in such a way that every child compulsorily take part in the stage programme. An important feature of the function is the Chief Guest, who again is a child, selected from the school.

Annual & Founder's Day

Annual Day forms an integral part of the school activities. It is an occasion of celebration, felicitation and festivity. Students display their talents and also receive honors for their curricular and co-curricular achievements.

Co-Curricular Activities

We provide a wide array of Co-Curricular Activities to the blooming buds of CMI. Co-Curricular Activities are Paper craft, Chess, Abacus, Yoga, Karate, Aerobics , Lawn tennis, Badminton, Football, Basketball ,Roller skating,Drums
